Winchester Federal Savings and Loan Association was chartered in 1934 during the Great Depression to promote thrift and home ownership for everyone. We gave our first loan January 14, 1935 on a house that was built on Pendleton Street. The loan was for $1,200 with a payment of $12 per month. Kari Gough – President/CEO
Prior to accepting the position of President/CEO, Kari served as Chief Financial Officer for WinFirst for more than 15 years, and has worked in all facets of the Bank. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and holds dual bachelor’s’ degrees from the University of Kentucky in Accounting and Business Management. Kari serves as a board member for the Kentucky Bankers Association, and is the President for the Kentucky Thrift Foundation. Kari is a lifelong Winchester resident, and is very active in the community with her family.
Jamey Perry – Senior Vice President of Operations & BSA Officer
Jamey Perry has over 25 years of banking experience with WinFirst Bank. During that time, she has served in many different capacities, and is one of our most valued assets with her knowledge of banking, our customers and our community. Jamey has completed numerous training classes and seminars in bank related courses.
Erica Jackson – CFO
Erica is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant who holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Houghton College in New York. She currently serves on the board for the Clark County Homeless Coalition and loves working with children through her local church and the Partners in Education mentoring program. Although not a Kentucky native, she has grown to love Central Kentucky since relocating from Michigan.
Debra Teater – VP, Residential Loan Officer
Debra Teater has over 30 years of banking experience with a concentration in home loans. She is active in various community organizations including Winchester Civitan Club, Winchester Fish & Game Club, and Central Baptist Church. Born and raised in Winchester, she loves being involved in her local community. When not working on a closing for her customers, Debra enjoys spending time with her grandkids. NMLS# 455660
Tanner Stambaugh – VP, Commercial Lending and Business Development Officer
Tanner Stambaugh moved to the area from Paintsville KY in 2004 while attending Morehead State University where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. During that time Tanner began his career as a bank teller and has been in banking ever since. In his free time Tanner loves to spend time with his wife Stephanie and two sons Bradon and Grayson. He also coaches middle school basketball and volunteers for several local charities and his church.
